1. Membership Overview
1.1 Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in the Reset-it Ecosystem Program, you enter into a binding agreement with Reset-it Inc. and agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this document.
1.2 Membership Inclusions
Your Reset-it Ecosystem membership provides access to:
Neuro Quantum Connection Program: Ongoing support and advanced training in the Neuro Quantum Experience methodology
Daily Live Lab Sessions: 45-minute group breakthrough sessions Monday through Friday with certified Reset-it specialists
Weekly Live Sessions: Direct access to sessions with Marc Mathys and senior specialists
Themed Explorations: Specialized sessions targeting specific areas of transformation
Community Platform: Access to the Reset-it member community and support calendar
Ecosystem Resources: Training materials, session recordings (when available), and member resources
1.3 Membership Investment
Standard membership is offered at $99 USD per month with a 12-month commitment, totaling $1,188 annually. This investment provides unlimited access to all ecosystem sessions and resources throughout your membership period.
2. Payment Terms and Billing
2.1 Commitment Period
All Reset-it Ecosystem memberships require a minimum 12-month commitment from your enrollment date. This commitment ensures you have adequate time to engage with the methodology and experience meaningful transformation.
2.2 Monthly Billing
Membership fees of $99 USD are billed automatically on the same day each month as your original enrollment date. You authorize Reset-it to charge your designated payment method on file for all recurring membership fees.
2.3 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as available through our secure payment processor. You are responsible for maintaining current, valid payment information in your account.
2.4 Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails:
You will be notified via email within 24 hours
You have 7 days to update payment information and resolve the outstanding balance
Access to sessions may be suspended until payment is received
Repeated payment failures may result in membership termination and collection of the full remaining balance
2.5 Non-Refundable Fees
All membership fees are non-refundable except as explicitly outlined in Section 9 (100% Satisfaction Guarantee). Monthly payments already processed cannot be refunded for partial months or unused sessions.
2.6 Price Changes
Reset-it reserves the right to modify membership pricing for new enrollments. Current members will receive 30 days advance written notice of any price changes affecting their membership. Price increases will not apply during your initial 12-month commitment period.
2.7 Taxes
Membership fees do not include applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other governmental taxes or fees. You are responsible for any such taxes based on your location.
3. Access and Services
3.1 Ecosystem Access
Active members receive unlimited access to:
Daily live 45-minute lab sessions (Monday–Friday)
Weekly breakthrough sessions with Marc Mathys and certified specialists
Drop-in lab sessions on various transformation topics
Scheduled regular lab sessions for deeper exploration
Community platform and member support resources
3.2 Session Format and Delivery
All Reset-it sessions are conducted live via Zoom video conferencing. Sessions are not pre-recorded; they are real-time, interactive experiences designed to facilitate collective transformation.
3.3 Technical Requirements
To participate fully in Reset-it sessions, members must have:
Updated computer or laptop (tablets and smartphones not recommended for full experience)
High-speed, reliable internet connection
Quality headset or microphone for clear audio
Webcam (camera-on participation encouraged but not mandatory)
Quiet, private environment free from distractions
Zoom software installed and updated
3.4 Session Scheduling and Availability
Session schedules are published monthly via the member community platform and email. While Reset-it strives to maintain consistent scheduling, session times may occasionally change due to specialist availability or special programming. Members will receive advance notice of schedule changes whenever possible.
3.5 No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
While Reset-it maintains a 95% success rate, individual results vary. Access to sessions and resources does not guarantee specific personal, professional, or financial outcomes. Your transformation depends on your engagement, openness, and participation in the methodology.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
4.1 Our Commitment
Reset-it stands behind the effectiveness of the Neuro Quantum Experience with a 95% success rate. We are confident that our methodology delivers measurable, lasting transformation when you engage with the program.
4.2 Initial Satisfaction Period
If you are not satisfied with your Reset-it experience within the first 30 days of membership, contact us at support@reset-it.ca to discuss resolution options, which may include program adjustments or refund consideration under our money-back guarantee policy.
4.3 12-Month Guarantee
For complete details on our comprehensive 100% satisfaction guarantee after 12 months of active membership, please refer to Section 9 of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Membership Term and Cancellation
5.1 Initial 12-Month Commitment
All memberships require a minimum 12-month commitment period beginning on your enrollment date. During this period, you are obligated to pay the full $1,188 membership fee ($99/month × 12 months).
5.2 Early Termination
If you choose to terminate your membership after completing the minimum 4-month commitment but before completing the full 12-month term:
Your membership and access to all ecosystem sessions and resources will end at the conclusion of your current billing period
No additional payments beyond your current month will be required
All payments made to date are non-refundable
You may rejoin the ecosystem at any time by enrolling as a new member
Note: The 4-month minimum commitment means you must complete at least 4 months of payments before you are eligible to cancel. Cancellations requested before the 4-month minimum has been met will result in the remaining balance (up to 4 months) becoming immediately due and payable.
5.3 Alumni Membership Rate
Upon successful completion of your initial 12-month commitment, your membership automatically continues at the alumni rate of $79 USD per month. This reduced rate recognizes your ongoing commitment to transformation and continued engagement with the Reset-it ecosystem.
5.4 Ongoing Membership Cancellation
After completing your initial 12-month commitment, you may cancel your ongoing alumni membership at any time by providing 30 days written notice to support@reset-it.ca. Your cancellation notice must include:
Your full name and email address associated with your account
Confirmation of your intent to cancel
Your desired final billing date (minimum 30 days from notice date)
5.5 Access Through Final Billing Cycle
Your access to all ecosystem sessions, community platform, and resources continues through the end of your final paid billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within your final month.
5.6 Membership Suspension
Reset-it does not offer membership suspension or pause options. If you need to take a break from active participation, your membership and billing continue as scheduled. You may resume attending sessions at any time during your active membership period.
6. Member Responsibilities
6.1 Active Participation
Members are encouraged to maintain active participation in ecosystem sessions to maximize transformation results. While attendance is not mandatory for every session, consistent engagement significantly enhances outcomes.
6.2 Community Guidelines and Conduct
All members must:
Treat fellow members, specialists, and staff with respect and courtesy
Maintain confidentiality regarding other members' personal information or experiences shared in sessions
Refrain from disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior
Avoid promoting outside services, products, or business opportunities within Reset-it spaces
Follow facilitator guidance during sessions
Honor the transformative nature of the space by being present and engaged
6.3 Accurate Information
You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information regarding:
Contact details (email, phone number, mailing address)
Billing and payment information
Any changes to the above information within 7 days of such changes
6.4 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your account access with others. Notify Reset-it immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
6.5 Honoring Commitment
By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept the 12-month commitment period and agree to fulfill your financial obligations as outlined in these terms.
6.6 Violation of Responsibilities
Reset-it reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership immediately, without refund, for violations of member responsibilities, community guidelines, or these Terms and Conditions.
7. Confidentiality, Intellectual Property, and Program Usage
7.1 Session Confidentiality
All content shared during one-on-one sessions between members and specialists is strictly confidential. Reset-it specialists are bound by professional confidentiality standards and will not disclose your personal information or session content without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
7.2 Member Privacy in Group Sessions
While group lab sessions are shared experiences, members are expected to respect the privacy of fellow participants. Do not record, photograph, or share identifying information about other members outside of Reset-it spaces.
7.3 Data Protection and Security
Reset-it maintains strict data protection standards through secure CRM systems and encrypted communication channels. Your personal information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
7.4 Personal Use Only
All Reset-it program content, methodologies, training materials, session recordings, and resources are provided exclusively for your personal transformation use. You may not:
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any program materials
Distribute, share, or transmit content to non-members
Teach, train, or coach others using Reset-it methodologies
Create derivative works based on Reset-it materials
Use program content for any commercial purpose
7.5 No Commercial Use
Members are strictly prohibited from commercializing any aspect of the Reset-it program, including but not limited to:
Offering coaching or consulting services based on NQE methodology
Creating competing programs or services
Selling, licensing, or monetizing Reset-it concepts or materials
Using Reset-it branding, terminology, or intellectual property in business ventures
7.6 Intellectual Property Rights
All Reset-it materials, including but not limited to the Neuro Quantum Experience (NQE) methodology, training content, session frameworks, branding, logos, and proprietary terminology, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Reset-it Inc. and Marc Mathys.
7.7 Specialist Certification
If you are interested in becoming a certified Reset-it specialist and using the methodology professionally, you must complete the official Reset-it Specialist Certification Program. Unauthorized use of Reset-it methodologies for professional practice constitutes intellectual property violation and may result in legal action.
7.8 Enforcement
Violation of intellectual property rights, confidentiality agreements, or unauthorized commercial use will result in immediate membership termination without refund and may result in legal action to protect Reset-it's proprietary methods and materials.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
8.1 Educational Services
Reset-it provides educational and transformational services based on neuroscience, quantum physics, and metabolic science. Our programs are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or mental health counseling.
8.2 Not a Substitute for Professional Care
The Neuro Quantum Experience and Reset-it ecosystem sessions are designed to complement, not replace, professional medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic care. If you are experiencing mental health crises, medical emergencies, or conditions requiring clinical treatment, please seek appropriate professional help immediately.
8.3 No Medical Advice
Reset-it specialists are not licensed medical or mental health professionals unless explicitly stated. Nothing shared in sessions constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult qualified healthcare providers for medical concerns.
8.4 Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that participation in Reset-it programs is voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions taken as a result of your membership experience.
8.5 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reset-it Inc., Marc Mathys, and all certified specialists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
Your use of or inability to use Reset-it services
Any decisions or actions taken based on program content
Technical difficulties, service interruptions, or access issues
Interactions with other members or community participants
Any personal, professional, financial, or relational outcomes
8.6 Maximum Liability
In no event shall Reset-it's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your membership exceed the total amount of fees you paid to Reset-it during the 12 months preceding the claim.
8.7 Assumption of Risk
By enrolling in Reset-it programs, you acknowledge that personal transformation work may bring up challenging emotions, memories, or realizations. You assume full responsibility for managing your emotional and psychological well-being throughout your membership journey.
8.8 Third-Party Services
Reset-it uses third-party platforms (such as Zoom, payment processors, and CRM systems) to deliver services. We are not responsible for the performance, security, or privacy practices of these third-party providers, though we select reputable partners committed to data protection.
8.9 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reset-it Inc., Marc Mathys, specialists, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of Reset-it services.
9. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
9.1 Our Commitment to Your Transformation
Reset-it stands behind the effectiveness of the Neuro Quantum Experience methodology with a comprehensive satisfaction guarantee. We are confident that our approach delivers measurable, lasting transformation when you engage with the program as designed.
9.2 Refund Method
Reimbursements will be issued via the original payment method used for membership fees. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made in consultation with the member.
9.3 What This Guarantee Means
This guarantee reflects Reset-it's confidence in the transformative power of the Neuro Quantum Experience. We believe that when you show up and engage with the methodology—even at the minimum level of participation—you will experience meaningful change. If you don't, we don't deserve your investment.
9.4 Exclusions
This guarantee does not apply in cases of:
Membership cancellation or termination before the 12-month period is complete
Violation of Reset-it's Terms and Conditions or Code of Conduct
Failure to meet the minimum attendance requirements outlined in Section 9.3
Fraudulent or abusive behavior during membership
9.5 Guarantee Modifications
Reset-it reserves the right to modify the terms of this guarantee for future memberships. Any changes will be communicated clearly and will not affect existing members during their current 12-month commitment period.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date of your enrollment. Reset-it reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of Reset-it services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10.8 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or your membership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
10.9 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
10.10 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reset-it Inc. regarding your membership and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
